IATP Farm to School Definition

The Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy has created a definition of Farm To School that could be helpful to schools seeking to develop their own programs.

The definition covers IATP's understanding of the goals of Farm To School programs and the values that drive them, and the attributes of food items that are included in the programs.  See the definition here!
